• For reservations for Onslow Beach Surf Lessons or Camps please call 910.440.7259.

• Fill out and mail the Registration and Release Form along with a $50 non-refundable fee to us at the address below. Please make checks payable to: Indo Jax® Surf School.

• If you wish to make your deposit online, please click here:

• Space is limited. No spot is reserved until we receive the registration forms and deposit.

• If you are using a gift certificate, please attach the original to the registration & waver forms.

• Balance is due the day of the lesson.
