Wounded Warriors Project

Friday, July 31st, 2009

Tomorrow morning early (Aug 1st) 12 of the Indo Jax Crew members and much of our surf equipment, jet ski, kite equipment, paddle boards and tube are heading to Cape Lookout for a weekend of adventure with 25 Wounded Warriors of Fort Bragg.  We are honored that they have asked Indo Jax to be the company to take them surfing, kite surfing, paddle boarding and tubing.  Our crew is pumped beyond belief at this opportunity to give back to the soldiers who have protected and defended our freedom.  We know we get to surf because of their sacrifices to our country and their incredible commitment for our freedom.  Thanks to all our service men and women.  I’d like to also take this time to thank our crew of skilled instructors.  No other surf school has the depth of quality instructors that we have, you all are the reason we have been so successful!  Thanks y’all.

Visually Impaired Camp/Fundraiser

Indo Jax put on 2 awesome events with great success!

First was the Ocena Cure Fundraiser at Wilmington Wine.  For our first time out, we raised a lot more money than we expected.  This money will be used to put on and improve our charity surf camp effort.  Thanks to Wilmington Wine and all those who came out to support us!

Our Visually Impaired Surf Camp was unreal.  It was so much fun seeing these kids catching and riding waves.  Our goal in these camps is to show children, with any medical condition, that they can accomplish anything they set their minds to.

Thanks to all those who came to help!
